The Town of Brighton is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural and/or Engineering firms to secure architectural design and engineering services to conduct a space needs assessment, code compliance evaluation, schematic design for the main level and lower level of the Town Hall building and develop an accurate probable cost of construction for various phases of the project.  This information will provide a basis of design and be used to develop a multi-year renovation project for the Town Hall building. Sealed proposals must be received by either mail or personal delivery on or before Thursday, October 28th at 4:00 p.m. EST. Proposals received after the specified time will not be considered.
