Why has my plastic bag full of yard waste not been picked up by the Highway Department?
The Town no longer picks up grass clippings. We encourage residents to recycle them back into the lawn. Further, nothing in plastic bags will be picked up. You can use the brown lawn & leaf bags or an empty refuse container (which will be emptied and placed back on your property) for brush and leaves.
